Q. How did you test for CRI, color temperatures, and photometry?
A. We measured the CRI and color temperature in our integrating sphere and have validated our performance and photometric performance with independent testing labs, Lighting Sciences and CSA.
Q. How do you keep the color of the Item consistent?
A. One of the biggest strengths of our technology is that it allows for exceptional color control and consistency. We dial in the color of each light to the optimal color point on the assembly line. We utilize active color maintenance to ensure that color consistency is maintained over the life of the product. Our specification is equal to or tighter than specifications for compact fluorescent lamps.
Q:How can I get a customized LED product?
A: If you already have a drawing, we will evaluate and provide quotation of tooling and unit costs. If drawings are not available, contact our Sales Representative or Account Manager to explain the concept. A simplified CAD file or detailed hand sketch will help our engineers to design the parts. We will provide drawings and pricing for evaluation. If authorized to proceed, first article samples will be provided for further qualification. The whole process can be under protection of a NDA.
Q, Is each LR6 tested before it is shipped?
A. Yes, each Item is individually tested and tuned to the optimal color point before shipment.

A :First , without customer request , it will be Neutral Package -- Polybag
Secondly , can offer package -- blister ,gift box as customer requests
Thirdly , customized design package with custom LOGO and details .
